Terms and Conditions: (Generic Plans)
Any House plan or Architectural work sold by the Company whether owned by the Company or not
or by any third party supplier, of which the house plan or architectural work is sold on their behalf or
not or on our behalf on our platforms or using our platforms to facilitate such a transaction, that has
been classified as Generic House plan or Generic Architectural Work on our website or any digital
platforms of the company, such work or plans, cannot be owned by or have its ownership rights
transferred to the customer as they are sold to multiple customers which merits their low cost in
value.
Terms and Conditions: (Premium Plans)
Any House plan or Architectural work sold by the Company whether owned by the Company or not
or by any third party supplier, of which the house plan or architectural work is sold on their behalf or
not or on our behalf on our platforms or using our platforms to facilitate such a transaction, that has
been classified as Premium House Plan or Premium Architectural Work on our website or any digital
platforms of the company, such work or plans, can be owned by and have ownership rights
transferred to the customer as they are sold to a single customer which merits their high cost in
value but right to transfer ownership is reserved to the designer or artist.
Premium House Plans or Architectural Work cannot be sold to multiple parties or customers by the
Company. They are reserved for a single buyer and once bought; they are no longer for sale to other
customers.
Terms and Conditions: (Shop items)
Return, refund and exchange policy
It must be noted that, Smart Construction has no physical presence where it stores and retails its goods.
As a result, all goods purchased through our online store come directly from the suppliers and
manufacturers dealing with us and delivered or distributed among customers. It is in the best interest of
all our customers to verify the quantities and goods about to buy as no goods will be accepted for return
or exchange after being happily received by the customer. Should we entertain the return or request for
exchange after goods were received by the Company and ready for distribution, the customer will be
liable for all transportation and handling fees to be incurred for such returns and exchange. Handling
and admin fees will be levied on any returns, refunds or exchanges but will not exceed 20 % of the
products retail value.
No refunds request will be entertained and accepted after goods have been happily received by the
customer. In a case whereby, bought goods have been received by the Company and ready for
distribution among the customers and a refund request is lodged, the customer will be penalised
transportation fee to return the goods back to the supply. As a result, it is in the best interest of the
customer to verify the quantities and goods they want to buy or seek assistance from their builders or
contractors before purchase.
Original invoice document is required for any returns, refunds or exchanges.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be entertained after 15 working days of being happily received by
the customer. Strictly no returns, refunds or exchanges on open packages or broken or damaged goods
or items.
Strictly no returns on Timbers unless the Timber is still in original strapped bundle and no loose timber
will be accepted.
Strictly no returns on RoofTiles unless the RoofTiles are still in original wrapped pallet and no loose
tiles will be accepted
Strictly no returns, refunds or exchange on cement products.
